HR Specialist - LoA
Job Description
A developmental Nonprofit organization based in NYC is looking to add a dedicated Leave of Absence HR professional to their team. The Leave of Absence Specialist will maintain all LoA requests, including communicating with employees, filing claims, and managing timelines. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of Leave of Absences, and has worked in this space for over 1 year. Candidates with strong HRIS knowledge and working knowledge of LoAs are also welcome to apply!
Requirements:
- 2 years of Leave of Absence experience (ideally a large part of their role)
- Previous experience filing LoA claims
- 1 year of HRIS experience
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience with benefits
Compensation: $25-$30/ Hour
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
