Job Description

Crowder College is looking for an enthusiastic, student-centered admissions recruiter to promote and recruit prospective students. The recruiter represents the college in a positive, professional manner at all recruitment events, communicates information regarding academic programs, campus sites, campus life, tuition/fees, scholarships and all aspects of the student experience. The recruiter travels regularly while initiating and maintaining communication with prospective students. When the recruiter is winning, prospective students are applying and enrolling at Crowder College.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Associate degree.
  • One year full-time related work experience.
  • Willingness to be flexible in hours worked and to coordinate work with others.
  • Highly effective communication skills.
  • Ability to travel and work nights and weekends.
  • Ability to drive having a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to coordinate and schedule events/travel, while effectively managing a budget.
  • Exceptional relational skills with a variety of diverse people.

 

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in communications, advertising, marketing, education, or related field.
  • Sales and marketing experience.
  • Two years of experience working with college students.

 

$40,624 – $46,718, commensurate with education and experience.  Full fringe benefits including membership in the Public-School Retirement System of Missouri, health and life insurance, and tuition waivers for dependents.
