Duties include:
  • Establish and maintain professional collection management practices for all donated items.
  • Maintain collection database, using appropriate software.
  • Appropriately catalog collection (assigning each item a number and labeling).
  • Establish proper storage solutions for all items in collection (ensuring proper conservation of all items).
  • Work as needed with the NC 4-H History and Learning Center Committee.

Includes attending all regular and called meetings, assisting and advising.
