Duties include:
- Establish and maintain professional collection management practices for all donated items.
- Maintain collection database, using appropriate software.
- Appropriately catalog collection (assigning each item a number and labeling).
- Establish proper storage solutions for all items in collection (ensuring proper conservation of all items).
- Work as needed with the NC 4-H History and Learning Center Committee.
Includes attending all regular and called meetings, assisting and advising.
