Term of Position: 12 Months
Position Description:(primary functions)
To provide advanced and complex administrative support for Educational Talent Search.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Education, Social Work, or other related field, two years experience working with low-income, minority students, and traditionally underrepresented populations. Master's Degree and working in higher education or other educational setting is preferred.
  • The Educational Coordinator must demonstrate an ability to engage diverse communities and serve in a liaison capacity as well as to effeciently execute administrative responsibilities (i.e. programming and scheduling activities, processing forms and documents, data management).
  • The Educational Coordinator must have a least one year experience in providing virtual learning and student support services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain program calendars for meetings, events, and arrange travel for program.
  • Maintain accurate, current records in database and physical files.
  • Complile and analyze data for reports for director for program design and services.
  • Advise students in all services; develop college and career readiness activities.
  • Deliver presentations, facilitate workshops and testing, implement early alert reports.
  • Coordinate tutoring and supplemental instruction.
  • Other duties assigned by ETS director.
