DRC Administrative Assistant



The Dispute Resolution Center of Yakima & Kittitas Counties is a non-profit organization that offers mediation services, training, and dispute resolution to individuals, organizations, and institutions in rural central Washington State. Our small team of dedicated professionals is committed to promoting effective conflict resolution and communication. The DRC is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide critical support to the Executive Director and Office Manager. The primary responsibilities of this role include reception, mediation intake, answering phones and emails, maintenance of social media accounts, organization and management of files, documents, and email correspondences.


Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Organization: Dispute Resolution Center (DRC) of Yakima and Kittitas Counties

Location: Yakima DRC Office

Position Type: 25-35 hours a week

Reports to: Carolyn Thurston, DRC Executive Director

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Bilingual in Spanish and English, written and spoken

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and email management

• Previous administrative experience

• A commitment to the mission and values of the DRC

 

Schedule and Compensation: This is a part-time position, with 25-35 per week, depending on mutual agreement. 

 

Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience.
