Physician - Internal Medicine
Job Description
PHYSICIAN, INTERNAL MEDICINE, MIT Medical, to provides primary care to adult patients within a team-based care model. Will assess patient health status through interview and physical exam and synthesize this clinical information to formulate health status, diagnosis, development of plan of care and treatment, implementation of the treatment plan, and evaluation of follow up strategies according to age-specific plans of care. Will also provide health education, supportive counseling, and clinical outreach to the MIT community in collaboration with other individuals or services at MIT Medical as well as across the MIT community.

REQUIRED: MD or DO from an accredited medical school; completion of an internal medicine residency program with an accredited U.S. institution; experience in internal medicine; board certification or board eligibility in internal medicine; current provider card in basic life support (BLS); and valid MA license, MA CSR, and federal DEA clinical. PREFERRED: advanced cardiac life support (ACLS). Job #23490-14
