Marketing and Communication Social Media Administrator
MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION SOCIAL MEDIA ADMINISTRATOR, Center for Transportation & Logistics (CTL), to support the social media strategy for CTL through diverse administrative, creative, and logistics tasks. Will manage social media accounts and implement related strategies with a heavy focus on Supply Chain Management, MicroMasters (MM) programs, and CTL’s social media accounts. Responsibilities will include creating and scheduling social media content and marketing campaigns; creating, managing, and growing social media channels; establishing goals and key performance indicators (KPIs); measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of social media efforts; researching and recommending new and developing social media platforms; responding to inquiries and comments; creating promotional videos; providing training and managing access on blogging and social platforms; designing in-person and virtual events; and performing other duties as requested. Will also provide administrative support to the marketing and communications team and assist with graduate admissions outreach to identify, segment, and market content to larger domestic audiences.Job Requirements:
REQUIRED: bachelor's degree; three years of related social media marketing experience; CRM database experience (e.g., Salesforce); virtual meeting and webinar software proficiency (e.g., Zoom; excellent organizational, problem-solving, administrative, collaboration, interpersonal, and writing/communication skills; ability to prioritize workload and work independently and as part of a team; and proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite. PREFERRED: experience in relationship or program management in higher education; experience with large language models or generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT), project management tools, and web-based content management systems; strong event software skills; and SEO and content accessibility knowledge.
