Nursing Supervisor - RN or LPN

We are looking for an experienced Nursing Supervisor - RN or LPN.

** Shift Available: 11p to 7a; Monday - Friday **

** $5,000 Sign-On Bonus! **

Nursing Supervisor - RN - Registered Nurse or LPN Qualifications:

• Massachusetts RN - Registered Nurse or LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse license.
• 2 years of Long-Term care experience.
• 1 year of nursing supervisory experience.

Nursing Supervisor - RN - Registered Nurse or LPN Job Summary:

• Assign, direct, review, instruct and check the work of all nursing staff on your shift.
• Maintain shift staffing levels and manage absences.
• Respond to codes and other emergency situations, evaluate and document actions taken.
• Respond and resolve identified concerns regarding personnel and residents.
• Responsible for making periodic unit rounds to ensure staff are performing.
• Document changes in resident conditions.
• Conduct tours and provide new resident and family member orientations.
• As required, provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Participate in the nursing on-call rotation.
• Assist with feeding on the Special Care Unit
• Direct the investigation and disposition of complaints or inquiries.
