The Supervisor of NICU Respiratory Services will work with a non profit hospital that is committed to providing quality health programs and services to the citizens of the community for the past 80 years. The NICU Cardiopulmonary Department Supervisor will work with a team of employees, physicians, and volunteers who share a common commitment and sense of purpose: working together to make a difference in healing people and strengthening the community.

The Supervisor of Respiratory Care for NICU will report directly to the Director of Cardiopulmonary Services. The Supervisor of Respiratory Services will ensure that quality professional services are available through Respiratory Care Services and in attaining the goals of the Department, Service group and Hospital.

The Supervisor of NICU Respiratory Services will need to graduate with a respiratory therapy program approved by the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association (AMA) so as to qualify for examination and licensure by the California State Respiratory Care Examining Committee as a Respiratory Care Practitioner.

The Supervisor of Cardiopulmonary Services for NICU will have minimum of one to two years recent experience in respiratory patient care and respiratory care technology in an accredited acute care facility required. NICU experience is required with RCP licensure and Bachelors degree.
