Manager

 

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the establishment
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Oversee and train staff members in various roles
- Conduct interviews and hire new employees
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Manage inventory control and ordering supplies as needed
- Coordinate and supervise kitchen operations, including food preparation and quality control
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and tracking

 

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and ability to train staff in coffee making
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience for guests
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training employees
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and able to manage financial transactions accurately
- Ability to effectively manage shifts, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation, sanitation, and quality control
- Familiarity with hotel operations is a plus
- Experience in inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels
- Proficient in using Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale software

Pay: $32,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
