What we want
The Postdoctoral Research Associate will work with a research team on program evaluations of several research grants/contracts. Works with researchers to design data collection instruments, collect, and analyze data, prepare reports and presentations, and disseminate information to a national audience through peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations.

Required Education and Experience:
Appropriate PhD
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge regarding sexual assault survivors and telehealth interventions for medical forensic examination.
General office experience.
Strong methodological and analytical skills.
Strong quantitative skills with SPSS, SAS, STATA or similar.
Must have some qualitative research knowledge.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs (specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel).
Ability to relate to people from various backgrounds.
Strong qualitative data collection, management, and analysis skills.
Excellent scientific writing skills.
Excellent computer abilities and language skills in English.
Detailed-oriented and patient.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.
Preferred Qualifications:
PhD in public health, health education, psychology, sociology, education, anthropology, or related field
Experience working on research and/or evaluation projects.
Experience working in an academic, community or state entity setting.
Experience in manuscript preparation.
Proficiency in utilizing computer applications including SPSS or STATA, Qualtrics or other online survey management software and other applicable qualitative and quantitative data analysis platforms.
Responsibilities:
Dissemination of Project Findings: Examines and summarizes research project results. Assists in preparing and writing project reports and deliverables. Summarizes results for inclusion in scientific and clientele oriented publications
Project Research and Evaluation: Assists with designing data collection tools (reporting systems, surveys, etc.) and reporting protocols. Assists with the collection and analysis of data, particularly utilizing Qualtrics survey software/programming and statistical packages, and keeping the detailed data secure and recorded. Assists research team in designing, planning, and conducting project evaluations.Performs other duties as assigned.
