Job Description:
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

The Postdoc Research Associate will assist with the running of the sensory unit (recruitment of participants, managing undergraduate students, etc). Assist with the running of industry-funded sensory studies and the design of sensory studies and studies related to food perception. They will help with the development of virtual reality as a tool to study food perception and consumer choices and with the writing of scientific manuscripts.


Required Minimum Qualifications:

PhD in Food Science or Human Nutrition


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in sensory science background.

October 31, 2025

12 Month Work Period

Part time
