Description of Work | The postdoctoral research associate will contribute to the integrated research land-grant mission of the Department of Food Science and Technology and the Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources (IANR), as an effective scholar and citizen, including supporting student recruitment and IANR science literacy. The postdoctoral research associate will join a multidisciplinary collaboration to explore and harness the vast diversity of dietary proteins and peptides to understand their role in modulating biological functions and develop peptide-based functional foods or nutraceuticals for mitigating the global prevalence of chronic diseases and malnutrition.
