Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Associate Dean of Graduate Programs, the Assistant Dean for Graduate Admissions is responsible for providing strategic and innovative leadership for the Graduate Admissions Office and Graduate Financial Aid at the Questrom School of Business. The Assistant Dean will work with the program leadership and career teams to identify admissions criteria, oversee the creation of a robust marketing approach for the MBA programs to prospective applicants, lead the process of selecting students to be admitted, and manage yield activities. The Assistant Dean will also oversee all aspects of financial aid and admissions operations for all graduate programs. Required Skills

 

A cover letter is required for consideration.

  • Master's Degree (MBA preferred).
  • 8 or more years of experience in enrollment marketing, recruitment, and admissions.
  • Proven success as an inclusive leader and managing complex operations.
  • Able to think strategically.
  • Assesses and manage outcomes using appropriate metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop staff.
  • Collaborative management style.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Able to provide strategic allocation of resources within units.
  • Establishes credibility and effective working relationships across the organization.
  • Superior ability to exercise judgment, discretion, and initiative in managing multiple broad-impact projects.
