ABOUT THE POSITION
 

This position is responsible for administering college-wide customer relationship management (CRM) platforms. The portfolio of CRM platforms under management include: a solution supporting admissions/recruitment, a solution supporting student services and academic affairs departments, a comprehensive student mobile application platform, and an omni-channel solution supporting email communication, live chat, chat bots, 2-way SMS messaging, and department ticketing systems. This position is responsible for the overall implementation, configuration, and execution of these CRM systems. This position acts as the main liaison between the Normandale IT department, CRM vendors and the Normandale departments utilizing these systems to ensure system use is optimized and business needs are being met.
 
This position will work independently with minimal project related supervision from the Director of Business Analysis and Product Support, and will provide regular communication with faculty and staff.
 
This position will actively advance the college’s strategic goals, including to achieve equity in educational outcomes and to support a culturally responsive and service-oriented culture, through individual and departmental efforts.

Required Qualifications
These qualifications are required to move forward; as such, ensure your application contains descriptions of your education and work experience sufficient to demonstrate competency in each of the following):
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 year of experience working within CRM systems or similar technologies
  • Proven ability to analyze and recommend new technologies, processes and procedures to solve problems
  • Ability to instruct/train users of varying skill levels in use of software/technical tools

Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability and commitment to collaborate and develop effective relationships with people from diverse backgrounds and at different levels in the college.
  • Experience administering and configuring CRM systems or similar technologies
  • Proven project management experience
  • Demonstrated analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate written and oral technical information to technical and non-technical staff/users.
  • Understanding of Student Services functions and processes.
  • Experience with SQL and databases
