Postdoctoral Research Fellows in Computational Biology todevelop genome-based influenza and/or SARS-CoV-2 risk assessment algorithms and to design broadly protective influenza and SARS-CoV-2 vaccines using Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.Requirements: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field. Experience with genomic analyses is desirable.

Postdoctoral Research Fellows in Molecular Virology to studyvirus entry mechanisms or antigenic evolution of influenza and SARS-CoV-2 viruses.Requirements: Ph.D. in Virology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, or a related field. Experience with CRISPR and mutation library development is desirable.

Postdoctoral Research Fellows in Virology or Microbiology to study virus zoonosis and discovery new pathogen. The successful candidate will work on projects aiming to understand virus transmission between animal and humans and to detect novel pathogens causing risks to humans. Requirements: Ph.D. in Virology, Microbiology, Infectious Diseases, or a related field.

A Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Glycomics to investigate the effects of glycosylation on the immunogenicity of influenza viruses and explore strategies to optimize influenza vaccine design. Requirements: Ph.D. in Glycomics, Biochemistry, or a related field.

A Postdoctoral Research Fellows in Virology or Immunology to investigate the effects of pre-existing immunity on the effectiveness of influenza vaccinations. Requirements: Ph.D. in Immunology, Virology or a related field. Experience with animal experiments is desirable.

Infectious Disease Surveillance and Pathogen Discovery Coordinator. Responsibilities:1) Develop and implement protocols for disease surveillance and pathogen discovery; 2) Coordinate biological sample collection across multiple collaboration sites and assist in the collection and analysis of biological samples; 3)Collect, analyze, and manage infectious disease data, with a focus on coronaviruses and influenza viruses; 4)Maintain databases and reporting systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility; 5)Foster collaboration among research institutions, public health agencies, and laboratories; 6)Generate regular reports on surveillance results, disease trends and emerging threats; 7)Support and participate in research projects aimed at discovering new pathogens; 8)Contribute to research publications and presentations; and 9)Perform additional job duties as assigned. Qualifications:1)Bachelor's degree in epidemiology, microbiology, public health, or a related field. A veterinarian or Master's degree would be preferred; 2) Demonstrated experience in infectious disease surveillance, data analysis, and management; 3)Strong knowledge of infectious diseases, epidemiology, and related fields; 4)Excellent communication and collaboration skills; 5)Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; 6)Knowledge of laboratory procedures and biosafety protocols is a plus.

Open-Ranked Research Staff Positions.Responsibilities: 1) perform a diverse array of virological, serological, and immunology assays, including tasks such as cell culture, virus propagation, ELISA, microneutralization, flow cytometry, and immunofluorescence analyses; 2) conduct essential molecular biology analyses, such as molecular cloning, sequencing, PCR, qRT-PCR, protein expression, and immunoprecipitation; 3) ensure the overall functionality of the laboratory environment, including equipment maintenance, organization, and cleanliness, will be part of your duties; 4) accurately record experimental data and maintain meticulously organized laboratory notebooks; 5) provide support in data analysis, interpretation, and report preparation; 6) manage the laboratory's inventory of supplies and reagents, including reorder processes; and 7) ensure compliance with biosafety and laboratory regulations. Qualifications: 1) A Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Microbiology, or a related field is required. A Master's or PhD degree would be a preferred; 2) Demonstrated research experience in virological, serological, and immunological assays and/or in molecular biology analyses; 3) Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams; and 4) Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
