As a locally owned, nonprofit health system driven by our mission to excel in providing healthcare by understanding and responding to the individual needs of those we serve we're proud to set a 5-Star standard for healthcare, and seeking a VP of Clinic operations. Our VP of Clinic operations is an influential role that is responsible for the development and oversight of our ambulatory programs across a multi-disciplinary portfolio including, but not necessarily all-inclusive, medical staff, clinical service units, service lines, clinical support departments, and administrative programs. The VP of Clinic operations, who reports to our CFO, will exercise leadership and management responsibility over all functions within the assigned portfolio to ensure efficient services meet the needs of patients, physicians, the public and staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and experience:
- Master's degree in business or healthcare field
- Minimum ten years of proven, progressive experience in healthcare operations including five years at the administrative leadership level
- Advanced certifications desirable
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Executive leadership of ambulatory care disciplines
- Effective communication and consensus-building across communities
Licensure, registration or certification:
- Advanced professional certification in healthcare executive area desired
