A Researcher 3 position is available in the Kroetz laboratory to study the molecular mechanisms of chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy. The researcher is expected to design and execute studies and analyze data, with guidance from the PI. The studies involve the use of an induced pluripotent stem cell derived model of sensory neurotoxicity, high content imaging, and molecular and biochemical assays of gene and protein function.

Required Experience: Candidate must have 5-6 years experience as a post-doctoral scholar. Experience with iPSC-derived neuronal differentiation, high content imaging and general molecular biology techniques are highly desirable.

Required Education: Candidate must have a PhD in pharmacology, neuroscience or a related field.
