Position Summary/Purpose of Position:

The position is responsible for supporting students from the Master of Science, Master of Finance and MBA programs on all financial matters (billing, financial aid, etc) and will serve as the main student contact. This position will also act as the Financial Aid and Billing lead for the Masters Programs Office and be responsible for maintaining accurate and up to date information regarding tuition and fees.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree plus three years of professional experience required. 
 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 
Mature judgment. 
Proven ability to integrate ideas and concepts. 
Proven ability to make effective use of time, plan ahead, and coordinate multiple projects. 
Highly developed organizational and computer skills, with strict attention to detail. 
Friendly, flexible, service-oriented manner. 
Proven ability to communicate effectively with faculty, corporate clients, executives and staff. 
Proven ability to respond positively to extreme pressures of time and workload. 
Proven ability in oral and written communications. 
Ability to work in a highly independent manner at times across functions within the school. 
Ability and willingness to work extended hourse as required. 
Ability to work evenings and weekends. 
Ability to travel to College Park, Baltimore, Shady Grove, and Washington, DC campuses.

Preferences:

Master’s degree preferred.
