Position Summary/Purpose of Position:

The Program Manager is responsible for the support of all programs, including supporting the Flex MBA program at the Baltimore campus as well as the Online MBA. The Program Manager duties will include student, staff and facility support, managing the day to day operations, providing academic guidance and events to encourage engagement for a positive student experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience:
  • 3-5 years progressive-related professional experience.
  • 1+ years experience coordinating events, conferences, or management training programs.
  • Experience working in higher education, ideally with a graduate business school.

  • Friendly, flexible, service-oriented manner.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Advanced computer skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

Other:
  • This position requires the candidate to possess and maintain a Driver’s License valid in the State of Maryland and have the ability to travel to the College Park, Baltimore, Shady Grove, and Washington, and DC campuses.
  • This position requires regular evening hours and occasional weekend hours.
