What you will be doing?

As the Executive Director you will ensure the execution and success of the Program(s) services, initiatives, goals, and operations (finance, compliance, contract compliance, and staff training & development) to meet the needs of the youth AMIkids serves in the community. You will work to build community relationships to support the mission, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and conducting related administrative tasks. As well as, partnering with local board members for local fundraising activities.

Minimum Education, Training and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred,
  • Five (5) years relevant work experience, including at least two (2) years in a leadership role supervising a group of people,
  • Two (2) years of fundraising experience, including demonstrated success in managing special events and in cultivating, soliciting, and closing major gifts is preferred,
  • Effective communication (verbal & written) skills, time management and project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
