The McCulloch Lab at the Andlinger Center for Energy and the Environment at Princeton University is seeking a senior scientist to play a leading role in the development of new organic semiconducting materials and devices. The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, coordinate project collaborations, and supervise student researchers. The candidate will contribute to the development and execution of research projects, including incorporating new scientific advances, coordinating and designing the workflow, training individuals on specific aspects of the workflow, and mentoring postdoctoral researchers and graduate students. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for new lab creation and will hold a managerial role. Along with making scientific and technical advances in the general organic electronics field, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to independently lead new research projects, specifically in organic photocatalysis and organic bioelectronics. The position may require teaching a course on a part-time basis.
