Vice President for Finance and Administration

Luna Community College (LCC) is seeking a proven financial leader who is committed to making a difference in the lives of college students at an historic New Mexico Community College. LCC is the only community college in northeastern New Mexico. LCC is located on the lower slopes of the majestic Sangre de Cristo Mountain Range overlooking the city of Las Vegas, New Mexico. LCC enjoys an outstanding reputation for its caliber of facilities, teaching methods, curricula and dedication to excellence.

We invite qualified candidates to apply for the Executive Level position of Vice President for Finance and Administration (VPFA). The VPFA provides leadership and coordination of the centralized financial planning and fiscal management functions for LCC. VPFA is the principal consultant and advisor to the College President on a range of fiscal and associated strategic management issues. Mandatory Qualifications:

Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting

Experience: Six (6) years of Executive Level experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified in the Job Description.

Certifications: State Certified Procurement Officer’s certification is required or must obtain required certification during the first year of employment
