Who we are:

Four Corners Detox Recovery Center/Santa Fe Recovery Center is a nonprofit organization that has been providing compassionate treatment to support people throughout their full journey of recovery from addiction, substance use, and related mental illness since 2005.

 


Summary of Regional Director:

The Regional Director reporting to the Chief Prevention and Recovery Officer is responsible for overseeing the SUD programs in Gallup, NM, including Detox, and 30-day Residential. In addition to managing the day-to-day operations the Regional Director must also maintain a learning environment focused on building and maintaining cultural proficiency, recruiting, developing, and retaining a quality team.

 

Schedule:

  • Full Time
  • Monday-Friday

Duties and Responsibilities of the Regional Director are included but not limited to:

  • Responsible for operations at Four Corners Detox Recovery in Gallup including but not limited to; client grievances, milieu support, staff and client resources support, leading facility tours, etc.
  • Responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining community relationships through strategic partnerships and outreach efforts.
  • Ability to translate management goals and objectives into well-coordinated and controlled work operations.
  • Must develop and maintain the annual budgets as they apply to the SFRC's services being administered in Gallup at FCDRC.
  • Other duties as assigned


Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

  • In the case of a recovering person, must have successfully maintained a two (2) year period of uninterrupted abstinence from alcohol and/or drug abuse.
  • Must be computer literate in order to effectively meet requirements for use of Electronic Health Record systems and other electronic platforms.
  • Must have and maintain a current, valid NM Driver's License. Must have and maintain a clean driving record, as well as auto insurance.

Education and Experience:

  • Master's Degree or Doctorate from an accredited college or university in Substance Use Disorder Counseling preferred or a Bachelor's degree and equivalent years of experience with evidence of progressive advancement; Guidance and Counseling; Psychology; or related health field, plus any combination or graduate studies in the above areas and experience in Mental Health and SUD Counseling adding up to five (5) years, with a strong preference of at least three (3) of those years in actual Substance Abuse Treatment.
  • (4) years of Supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
