An exciting opportunity for an Executive Director of a Hospice facility in the Sacramento area, California just became open.
The Chief Executive Officer will join this family like, non-profit healthcare provider of end-of- life care. Reporting to the Board, the CEO will oversee multiple departments and personnel including, Director of Patient Care Services, HR Director, clinical managers and supervisors, social workers, and a chaplain. The CEO will provide leadership in operational and financial oversight, develop and implement business plans and recruiting strategies.
A Bachelor degree in business, healthcare administration or related fields, 10 years of experience working in hospice or palliative care setting will score you a quick interview.
The CEO will enjoy a range of recreational activities, including hiking, camping, fishing, and wine tasting in the area. The area also offers affordable housing, easy traffic, and easy access to Sacramento and the Bay Area.
