Bridges Community Services is a Nonprofit organization that provides mental health counseling to nursing homes and assisted living residents. The clinical supervisor is expected to provide clinical support to all of our therapists on staff throughout the State. Supervisors will sign off on progress notes, treatment plans, and initial assessments, and conduct chart reviews monthly. The supervisor position is also able to see clients for therapy sessions if they are interested in doing so.

The population we serve may have a variety of mental health diagnoses, trauma, grief, and adjustment issues that they need counseling for. Many of our clients are elderly, but we do serve adults of all ages.

This is a counseling role in an assisted living or nursing facility. Many of these clients will be in a facility like this for several years and need ongoing emotional support. Several have been placed there by guardians and family. Often, you will run into feelings of abandonment and trust issues. You may not see changes immediately, but over time, these clients will begin to trust and open up.

There is no on-call and we work during business hours. No weekends, nights or Holidays!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

• Master's (Required)

Experience:

• Social work: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
