Job Responsibilities
Conduct research in the area of postharvest and health benefits, conduct and use data interpretation, reporting, manuscript and proposal writing and lab management and supervising mentoring skills of students. Other duties as required.

Required Education
PhD degree

Preferred Experience.
Experience in postharvest handling of fresh produce

Required special knowledge, skills or abilities:

Good communication and computer skills. Ability to multi task and work cooperatively with others.

Preferred special knowledge, skills, or abilities.
Experience in conducting research in fresh produce including chilling injury, physiological disorders, phytochemical analysis, packaging

Experience in other research groups in the area of postharvest physiology
