Job Description

Job Summary:
The Anderson College of Business and Computing is a pioneer in adult and online education. Our Graduate Business Programs offer a MS in Organizational Leadership, an NACC-accredited Masters of Non Profit Management, and multiple MBA programs (a traditional online MBA with seven specializations including a Make-Your-Own specialization, and our new GAC-accredited Project Leadership and Management MBA and Human Resource Management MBAs that launch this fall). And our college is currently in the process of seeking AACSB Accreditation.

Our students are mostly working adults returning to change the directions of their lives (e.g., get promoted, start businesses, change roles and companies) and are always people that want to experience support, challenge, and growth. We are busy here.

The Anderson College of Business and Computing at Regis University in Denver, Colorado invites applications for a Lecturer in graduate finance (part-time) to begin in Fall of 2023. This position will teach in our MBA program. A successful candidate will be responsible for designing and leading the required core finance course in the MBA, Finance for Managers, as well as designing, leading and hiring affiliates to teach the Finance specialization in the MBA. Our finance specialization culminates with our signature finance course, Anderson Reports, where our students work closely with publicly-traded, Colorado-headquartered small cap companies to conduct, author, and share a full equity research analysis and report.

The successful candidate will show potential for excellent teaching and student support in online formats. Applicants must have at least an MBA or Masters in Finance or a related discipline. A Doctoral degree from an AACSB-accredited school is preferred. Ideal applicants will possess an applied finance background such as CFO experience, and have knowledge and experience in the areas of finance, capital markets, money and banking, and financial analysis.
