Applications are invited for appointment as Postdoctoral Fellow in Condensed Matter Theory in the Department of Physics (Ref.:522779), to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to performance and funding availability.
Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in Physics. The appointee will work with Dr. Chenjie Wang to pursue research in condensed matter theory. Recent works of Dr. Wang can be found at https://arxiv.org/a/wang_c_4.html. Candidates with research experience in strongly correlated systems, topological phases of matter, quantum transport theory, and mesoscopic systems are preferred. Applicants who are in the process of completing a Ph.D. degree will also be considered.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. At current rates, salaries tax does not exceed 15% of gross income.
