Scope:

The Mobile Health Program Manager ensures March of Dimes mobile clinic programs are successful by developing new mobile health programs across markets, supporting existing programs, and providing expertise and guidance to market leaders, healthcare partners, and donors. The Mobile Health Program Manager will leverage best practices and innovative approaches to position March of Dimes as a thought leader in the mobile healthcare space.

 

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Project manage individual mobile clinic programs by defining the scale and scope of the project, development of the program, delivery and execution, and ongoing management to ensure success.
  • Coordinate with market leaders, healthcare partners, mobile clinic manufacturers, and other related vendors to ensure vehicle build-outs meet the needs of the local program. This includes determining vehicle size and features, managing build-out and delivery with the manufacturer, and assisting with equipping the vehicle with needed medical equipment and supplies.
  • Provide technical support to existing healthcare partners of mobile health programs, including troubleshooting maintenance and repairs, updates and improvements, and assistance to drivers and administrative staff.
  • Manage relationships with healthcare partners to ensure programs are meeting mission goals and provide referrals to secondary resources when needed, such as vendors, technicians, and suppliers.
  • Coordinate contracting process with healthcare partners, community organizations, and vendors, as needed.
  • Collect and analyze programmatic reach and impact data.
  • Measure and track program performance and recommend enhancements.
  • Prepare a wide variety of detailed written reports, policies, procedures, and contracts.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of current needs of the populations served across all March of Dimes markets.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in public health or healthcare sectors.
  • Past experience in developing and operating a mobile health clinic or mobile clinic program.
  • Project management experience, with PMP preferred.
