Position Summary:

Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Student Assistant for the department of Psychiatry at the Robert Wood Johnson Medical  School.
The Student Assistant provides support for projects in the Division of Addition Psychiatry. 
Among the key duties of this position are the following:

• Provides support for educational and research projects within the Division of Addiction Psychiatry. 
• Assists with material preparation for various division projects. 
• Provides information to allow staff to prepare orders for division projects.  
• Assists Program Manager with special projects i.e., luncheon meetings, site visits, etc. 
• Maintains confidential records and files. 

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Currently enrolled in Graduate Program in Public Health, Psychology, or Social Work or related field.

State: NJ

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Physical Demands:   Standing, sitting, walking, talking and hearing.   Must be able to lift or excel force up to ten (25) pounds.  
• Work Environment: Moderate noise environment. 

Salary: 22/hr
