Position Highlights The Johnson Lab in the Department of Immunobiology is seeking applicants for the position of Postdoctoral Research Associate I. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Conduct independent experiments, evaluate the data, and keep appropriate records of all research activities.
  • Read the literature, participate in scientific discussions with other members of the lab, and attend mandatory lab meetings.
  • Perform assigned lab duties to assist in the maintenance of stock reagents or the general operation of the lab.
  • There may be additional duties assigned as it relates to this position.
Minimum Qualifications
  • PhD in biochemistry, molecular biology, or related fields.
  • Experience with modern molecular biology, biochemistry, and tissue culture techniques.
  • Basic understanding of protein structure/function relationships and signal transduction.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with protein purification and structural biology.
