The Protein-Nucleic Acid Interaction lab of the National Cancer Institute is recruiting a postdoctoral fellow. We are looking for applicants who are passionate about basic research and excited about translational research for cancer immunotherapy. Our lab takes an inter- and multi-disciplinary approach that uses knowledge, tools and technology in cell biology, immunology, RNA biology and structural biology. The recruited postdoctoral fellow will join a team and perform exciting novel research in engineering new types of potent CAR-T cells for cancer immunotherapy. Candidates must possess a Ph.D. degree, strong communication skills, and publications indicating a record of accomplishment. We are seeking highly self-motivated candidates who have a research background and demonstrated success in mammalian cell biology or/and immunology research. Skills in CRISPR and flow cytometry are a plus.
