Program Director

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement program strategies and initiatives to meet the needs of individuals with behavioral health issues.
- Oversee program operations, including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish partnerships and enhance program effectiveness.
- Monitor program outcomes and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
- Provide leadership and guidance to program staff, including training and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to manage budgets, allocate resources, and ensure financial sustainability of the program.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,095.00 - $74,948.00 per year
