Position Highlights Postdoctoral position for translational clinical bioinformatics. The position involves working with clinical genomics data and application of best-practice bioinformatics workflows and innovative data analysis pipelines and visualization tools.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Development, deployment and application of analyses methods and pipelines for targeted projects. 
  • Develop bioinformatics applications to improve interoperability between clinical and molecular data sources and build or deploy tools that promote clinical insight or investigations utilizing molecular information.
  • Perform analysis, visualization, and interpretation of NGS data from clinical studies. 
  • Work with the team to develop genomic biomarker identification strategies and advance understanding of drug response and resistance.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

  • Proficient in Python & R programming, shell scripting.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.  
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration to execute tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
  • PhD or equivalent degree, including but not limited to Bioinformatics, Life Sciences, Computational Biology, Applied Mathematics or related.
Preferred Qualifications ● Preferred experience in computational genomics (e.g., high-throughput sequencing data analysis, etc.)
