Business Development Manager:

We seek an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. The Business Development Manager will develop and execute business strategies to increase revenue and market share and expand into new markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful business development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think strategically and creatively.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to increase revenue and market share.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
  • Identify business opportunities and potential partnerships.
  • Prepare and present business proposals to potential customers and partners.
  • Track and monitor market trends and competitors’ activities.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of business strategies with company goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a related field. Credit and debt counseling experience a plus
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to think strategically and identify new business opportunities
  • Proven track record of achieving strategic alliance goals
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple relationships at once
  • Knowledge of market research
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office

Position is Full-Time On-site

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Auburndale, MA 02466: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
