South Central Community Action Program (SCCAP) is seeking a Family and Community Engagement Coordinator for our Head Start program in Monroe County. SCCAP is a non-profit social service agency that works to provide opportunities for low-income individuals and families to achieve personal and economic independence.

The Family and Community Engagement Coordinator is responsible for planning, direct implementation, and documentation of the Family and Community Engagement Program Services meeting or exceeding federal Head Start Performance Standards, State Childcare Licensing Requirements, and local grant goals/ objectives. This position assists in managing the Head Start program with specific responsibilities in the coordinating the activities of the Family and Community Engagement Component, including family partnership process and community engagement.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, human services, or related field plus one to two years relevant work-related experience.
