Unhoused Services Data Coordinator

Location: Bend
Compensation: $26.56/hourly rate (plus $0.50/hour for bilingual Spanish), Exempt
Hours: Regular full-time (40 hours/week)

Overview of Key Duties and Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for oversight, continued implementation, evaluation, and compliance of the data environment including: the Central Oregon Continuum of Care, Central Oregon Coordinated Entry System (CES), Homeless Management Information System (HMIS), and the By Name List (BNL). Experience with the listed data systems is not required (though some type of experience with data systems is required), we will train the right candidate! This position will work closely with other community agencies, and will be responsible for facilitation of training, work groups and meetings regarding utilized data systems. This position supervises one position.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas: Social Services, Human Services and at least 3 years of experience in homeless services or with other systems of care required
· Or, in lieu of Bachelor’s degree, AA degree in a relevant area and at least 4 years of experience in homeless services or with other systems of care required
· Or, in lieu of any degree at least 5 years of experience in homeless services or with other systems of care required
· Experience working with data systems, including data entry required
· English/Spanish bilingual preferred
· Highly organized with attention to detail required
· Ability to travel throughout the tri-county area regularly, even in inclement weather, using personal vehicle required
· Required prior to date of hire and throughout employment:
· Valid driver’s license
· Proof of current auto insurance
· Access to reliable transportation
·Satisfactory criminal background check
