Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as the Community Professional Development Facilitator in our Center for Excellence at Behavioral Health Network!

 

Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the department with the following:

  • Collaborates and supports the Community Clinician Training Specialist to deliver topics of interest to community partners.
  • Attends the Community Alliance Network meetings.
  • Participates in the design of the Community Engagement & Outreach Institute webpage, social media, and dashboards.
  • Maintains the community website, dashboard, and LMS administrative functions for community reports, registration, and course catalog.
  • Documents and maintains community engagement, outreach, and education training data.
  • Works closely with IS department in software/system implementations related to developing user-friendly procedures for community engagement.
  • Provides the logistical implementation of multi-program training for live online training.
  • Acts as the liaison for designing, implementing, and collaborating on program-specific training, including PowerPoint presentations for conferences and community events.
  • Supports material provided by subject matter experts (SMEs), job aids, manuals, and managing in-person training.
  • Analyzes training evaluations to identify areas for improvement in conjunction with the Director of Professional Development.

  • What are we looking for?

 

  • High School Diploma, GED, and successful completion of an IT certificate program, plus 3-5 years IT/ LMS required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Information Systems/Technology, or related field
  • Minimum five years of experience providing training or training-related functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and articulate e-learning software.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience of customer service and use of multi-media technology.
  • Must be self-directed and able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
