Position Summary:

Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Student Assistant (Tutor) for the Physician Assistant Program within the School of Health Professions . The Student Assistant will serve the role of tutoring Physician Assistant Students.
Among the key duties of this position are the following:

• The employee will meet with students outside class time to review concepts covered in class.
• The employee will submit hours logged to program staff.
• Understands and adheres to Rutgers' compliance standards as they appear in RBHS's Corporate Compliance Policy, Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policy.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Completion of first year courses with outstanding grades.
• Must be currently enrolled as a Rutgers Student in the Medical School or RBHS SHP Department.
• Recommendation by faculty.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Office environment with moderate noise.
