Other minimum qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology or Exercise Science
  • 3 years Strength and Conditioning experience with Division I athletics
  • Prior Division I Strength and Conditioning internship
  • Prior experience supervising interns and volunteers
  • Must have current SCCC certification through the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCA)
  • Must have current USA W-L1 through United States of America Weightlifting (USAW)
  • Ability to coach and demonstrate Olympic movement, power lifts,and auxiliary movements
  • Ability to use involving software such as but not limited to Excel and Word
  • Working knowledge of NCAA rules, standards, practices and procedures
