The successful candidate will support research of Cardiothoracic Division in the Department of Surgery in accordance with the T32 grant research program. Postdoctoral research fellows are trainees working in an apprenticeship mode in preparation for a career as a scientific/medical professional.

• Plans, directs and conducts specialized and advanced research experiments.
• Evaluates and analyzes data.
• Establishes new research protocols and procedures.
• Summarizes research findings and publish results in research journals. 
• Maintains laboratory operations.
• Supervises research staff.
   

• Doctor of Medicine (MD).
• No experience required.
