A full-time Postdoctoral Researcher will be hired to dedicate 12 months each year (100% effort) to the Crane Center. Under the supervision of PI, the Postdoctoral Researcher will act as project coordinator for the day-to-day management of OSU coding activities (e.g., implementing coding protocols, training and leading the coding team, leading drift meetings), assist the PI and Co- Investigators with coding scheme development and administrative tasks (e.g., IRB, maintenance of coding and other project materials), serve as the lead/primary coder, review and participate in data analysis as appropriate, and participate in scholarly writing and dissemination activities. Other duties as assigned

The grant will be administered via The Ohio State University (OSU) and

directed from the Crane Center for Early Childhood Research and Policy (CCEC) and the

Department of Educational Studies within the College of Education and Human Ecology (EHE).

Project includes to subaward to University of Texas at Austin led by Co-PI Mary Beth Schmitt.

This mosaic of contributions includes speech-language pathology, psychology, reading, special education, education statistics and elementary education expertise.

The Targeted Hiring Range for this position is $48,000 to $51,000
