Postdoctoral Scholar

FAES | Plant Pathology

Coordinates and manages all ongoing research projects in the Cereal Disease Epidemiology and Integrated Management laboratory (The Paul Lab), including federally funded projects on risk assessment and management of Fusarium head blight, mycotoxins, and foliar diseases in wheat, and foliar and ear diseases and mycotoxins in corn. Coordinates the collection and analysis of data for collaborative projects with PIs from participating institutions across the country. Assists with the preparation of grant proposals for renewal, extension, and advancement of research projects. Prepares annual project reports and manuscripts. Assists with the mentorship of graduate students. Supervises technical staff and interns. Assists with the maintenance and management of wheat and barley disease screening nurseries.
