Job Description:

The Workday Support Operations Specialist assists the Coordinator of Change Management with developing and maintaining Workday training resources and communications to students, staff, and faculty. The Workday Support Operations Specialist supports change management strategies and developments for new Workday processes by working closely with other functional areas at the College. They will assist the Coordinator with planning and hosting knowledge transfer sessions to help tenured and new employees with job functions in Workday. They will be responsible for answering questions from the Workday help inbox and have a knack for research by collaborating with Workday User groups, Workday Community, and other academic institutions to recognize Workday best practices. This position requires creativity, a sharp eye for detail, resourcefulness, and the desire to build strong relationships with a helpful attitude.  This position is part-time.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  One year of related work experience in the development of comprehensive and creative communication; or any equivalent combination of experience and or education from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved. Computer skills and strong interpersonal skills are required. Successful results of a criminal background check are required.

Pursuant to College policy, it is an employment eligibility requirement for an applicant to meet the requirements of § 435.04(2), Florida Statutes, related to background investigations. Any person failing to meet the requirements of the statute will be deemed not qualified to hold employment in this position. A Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) approved background check will be conducted on every successful candidate as a condition of employment, and any person who fails to disclose any adverse information contained in the background investigation at the time of submitting the employment application will be disqualified from employment.

SALARY:  $18.04/hour for approximately 29 hours per week
