The Children's Village, a nonprofit and NAEYC accredited childcare center is seeking an Afternoon Teacher in our Toddler classroom ( ages 15 months-2 years)
We pride ourselves in being a play and emergent based program where childhood is embraced and nurtured. As a team teacher, you collaborate with the tenured teaching team of six to provide hands-on curriculum and are responsible for all aspects of parent communication including conferences, daily communication and progress reports. The teachers collaborate to foster a warm, respectful and caring environment where everyone belongs.

Hours: 12-6 pm

Mon-Fri.* Year round position

Qualifications:
EEC Toddler Teacher Certification is mandatory
Degree in ECE or related field is desirable
Excellent communication ( written and verbal) skills
Lift up to 40 lbs and actively move in a group of busy toddlers
