Patient Services Representative, Community Wellness
Job Description
PATIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE, COMMUNITY WELLNESS, MIT Medical, to be responsible for patient flow and appointment scheduling. This highly visible position has extensive patient and community contact, both in person and by telephone and serves as the face of Community Wellness by creating a welcoming and helpful environment for all community members. Will support the Acupuncture Service, wellness programs, and initiatives, particularly in the areas of health promotion.

REQUIRED: high school diploma or GED; at least two years of related experience such as a customer service or administrative role; ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously; effective telephone skills and ability to communicate diplomatically with patients, clinicians, and other professional staff in pleasant, calming, and diplomatic manner; excellent customer service, organizational administrative, interpersonal, and follow through skills; and meticulous attention to details.
