Essential Job Duties

The Student Administrative Assistant provides general front office and administrative support for the Administration Office and the Libraries Human Resources at the D.H. Hill Jr. Library. Responsibilities include, but are limited to, greeting visitors, answering the telephone, responding to basic questions about the library, assisting with events, directing calls, filing, shredding, photocopying, handling mail, occasional data entry, and other clerical duties as needed. Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor. May be asked to cover additional hours at other times of day (e.g., during a library event).
