Background:
The Annual Giving (AG) team falls under the Individual Giving department within CRS’ Charitable Giving (CG) division. Annual Giving is responsible to raising $75 million this fiscal year and will accomplish this goal by acquiring, retaining, and stewarding donors who give up to $5k annually. This is done through mass marketing channels such as: direct mail, email, paid fundraising ads, paid search, SMS/text, community giving, and donor feedback surveys. The summer associate will support the AG team with reviewing direct mail proofs and emails, project management, donor feedback, analytics, and stewardship.
As part of the CG Action Plan, one critical strategic goal is diversifying future generations of donors with a special emphasis on acquiring younger and Hispanic donors. The summer associate will assist in brainstorming ideas to grow those audiences. The role will also involve working closely with other units such as the CG Content Team, Marcom, Mission and Mobilization and Analytics.
