Position Highlights | The Analysis of Higher Education (AHE) research group in the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering at the University of Arizona (UArizona), under the direction of Dr. Greg Heileman, is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Associate to work on research topics involving the analysis of higher education, particularly in areas related to better understanding student pathways, the impact of curriculum on student progression, and other factors impacting student outcomes. The Postdoctoral Research Associate will work on numerous projects in the higher education space involving the design of experiments related to student success interventions, development of theoretical models related to higher education, and the creation of predictive analytics frameworks for informing action-oriented decision making. The duration of the initial appointment will be for one year and the position can be renewed based on performance and research productivity for a second year.
